Job summary

PineSearch Consulting is seeking a senior CRM/BD professional to manage a portfolio of Asia-priority clients in Hong Kong. You will partner with the Lead Partner to drive revenue, nurture long-term client engagement, and expand the firm’s IPG and NPG opportunities while aligning with firm strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CRM/BD in legal or professional services.
• Senior-level BD experience in professional services.
• Track record of engaging clients and improving service quality.
• CRM fluency and ability to report to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined portfolio of strategic Asia-priority clients and serve as principal contact.
• Deliver against revenue and profitability targets set by Lead Partners and the Sector Head.
• Deepen firm-to-firm relationships and originate new billing lines and cross-sell.
• Convert pitches through a clear, differentiated value proposition.
• Institutionalise relationships via long-term engagement plans and expanded client touchpoints.
• Lead account strategy including client mapping, gap analysis, and market-share assessment.
• Meet clients regularly on strategic issues and gather market intelligence.
• Own the client plan, maintain CRM and ensure adherence to guidelines.
• Oversee secondees and provide structured support before/during/after placements.
• Coach partners on business development and share CRM best practices.
