Publicis Groupe Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned client relationship professional to oversee multiple campaigns across PR, social media and events for key clients.

You will report to the Account Director, manage day-to-day project delivery, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across regional and global levels, and mentor junior teammates to maintain quality and budget discipline.

Qualifications

• 3 years+ experience in professional client relationship management with solid background in advertising, content development, social media management.
• Proven ability to launch integrated campaigns and manage client relationships.
• Strong communication and attention to detail in creative and budget matters.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects for a key client day-to-day, ensuring timelines and budget adherence.
• Maintain daily senior-level client contact, shaping strategy and validating outcomes.
• Coordinate across internal/external stakeholders locally, regionally, and globally.
