Job summary

Cognizant in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Client Relationship Manager for diversified industries to own a portfolio outside BFS and Insurance, drive renewal and expansion, and partner with delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction. You will lead account P&L, shape AI-enabled solutions, respond to RFPs, and build trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders across Products & Resources, Communications, Media & Tech, Healthcare & Life Sciences.

Cantonese/Mandarin skills are a plus.

Qualifications

12+ years of IT/technology services industry experience in a client-facing consultative or engagement-management role.
7+ years of business development and consultative account expansion experience with technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven track record in managing, retaining and developing business across diversified industries.
Strong knowledge of the Hong Kong market across technology and business segments with cross-sector versatility.
Experience in managing large client P&L and providing governance and reporting.
Preferred: Cantonese and/or Mandarin language capability.

Responsibilities

Account ownership, P&L management and profitable growth for the HK accounts portfolio outside BFS/Insurance.
Drive new business, expansion opportunities and cross-sell within assigned accounts.
Build and execute sales plans with Service Line Specialists and client review.
Position AI-enabled offerings and craft value-based client proposals.
Develop RFP/RFI responses and coordinate Cognizant resources as needed.
Establish trusted-advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders.
Monitor delivery quality, cost efficiency and client satisfaction, navigating scope changes.
