Job summary

Hamilton Lane is seeking a Principal in Client Solutions to spearhead business development in Hong Kong and Taiwan. The role focuses on building relationships with private banks and wealth platforms and expanding the firm's regional footprint.

You will lead the sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding, collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, and maintain CRM data accuracy. Strong BD and relationship management experience are essential.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in financial services or private markets.
• Strong communication skills in Mandarin and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business and deepen client relationships in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
• Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding clients.
• Develop and execute plans to grow Hamilton Lane’s presence in the region.
• Manage sales activities and maintain data integrity in CRM.
• Coordinate presentations and meetings with clients.
• Respond to RFPs and ensure high-quality submissions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent client service.
