Job summary

Infosys is seeking a seasoned Client Services Manager to drive account growth in the BFS domain in Hong Kong. You will nurture CXO-level relationships, coordinate cross-functional pursuit teams, and guide proposals from scoping to closure, maintaining the Infosys price premium.

The role requires strategic account planning and strong leadership in a fast-paced, AI-enabled services environment. Ideal candidates bring 14+ years of experience, a bachelor’s degree, and fluency in Cantonese/Mandarin

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include managing large revenue portfolios with demonstrated growth and strong client referrals.
• Experience in Banking and Financial services domain, operations, or technology; knowledge of Asia Pacific BFS markets and Greater China is a plus.
• Proven ability to interact with CXO level client contacts and lead multi-offering conversations.
• Understanding of SAAS and enterprise applications; familiarity with AI solutions in BFS is desirable.
• Experience in translating client problems into technology-enabled solutions and negotiating proposals.

Responsibilities

• Provide client introductions and context to internal teams; navigate accounts to identify deals and form pursuit teams.
• Drive MSAs/SOWs, payments (AR), and resolve delivery escalations and complaints; mentor the account team.
• Maintain Infosys price premium, grow client satisfaction, and expand the account per the plan.
• Lead account planning, relationship mapping, market share analysis and periodic reviews with senior management.
• Identify opportunities, develop proposals, negotiate and close deals with premium pricing.
