Job summary

HKBN is seeking an Account Manager - Carrier Business to build and sustain long-term relationships with local and overseas partners in the telecom market. You will formulate channel and wholesale strategies covering network connectivity, VoIP, cross-border solutions and IEPL circuits, and manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead to contract.

You should have at least 2 years in Telco/IT, strong selling knowledge, and excellent English and Chinese communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Telco or IT industry.
• Strong knowledge of selling telecom products and ICT solutions is a plus.
• Experience in submarine cable projects, telecom carriers and wholesale market is advantageous.
• Independent, energetic, hardworking, proactive and able to work under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese/ Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Build and develop long-term relationships with local and overseas partners in the telecom market.
• Formulate channel/wholesale business strategies on network connectivity, VoIP, cross-border solutions, point-to-point connections, cabling, IEPL circuits.
• Manage all stages of the sales cycle from leads to proposals, contracts and project implementation.
• Achieve sales and revenue targets by identifying and developing new opportunities from local/global carriers.
• Review and analyze market situations and report to senior management.
• Prepare sales reports for performance reviews.
