Job summary

Chinese International School is seeking an Alumni Relations Officer to support day-to-day operations of the alumni association and engage its growing global community. You will work with the Director of Alumni Relations as part of the Advancement team and collaborate with alumni, students, and volunteers to strengthen ties.

You will manage communications across channels, help grow digital presence, maintain the alumni database, and plan events ranging from dozen to several hundred attendees.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience in alumni or public relations, communications, media or events.
• Tech-savvy and able to think creatively.
• Familiarity with international or independent schools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively through online and offline channels.
• Develop strategies to maximize alumni engagement and manage platforms.
• Manage the alumni database and plan events from small to large scale.
• Support and drive the annual alumni fundraising day.
