Job summary

German Swiss International School (GSIS) in Hong Kong invites applications for the Community Relations and Development Assistant Manager/Manager. You will foster donor relationships, raise the school's profile, and lead fundraising initiatives to build a strong culture of philanthropy.

You will develop a strategic framework for identifying and stewarding donors, manage alumni networks and CRM data, organise events, and collaborate with the Parents' Organisation for Community to support GSIS

Qualifications

Minimum 5-8 years solid experience in community relations, development/sales, fundraising.
Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
Excellent command of English with exceptional writing skills; German/Cantonese/Mandarin advantageous.
Ability to work independently and within a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Build and nurture relationships with GSIS stakeholders, donors, consulates, and partners.
Represent the school at events to support enrolment, partnerships and fundraising.
Develop strategic framework to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors.
Grow alumni network and manage CRM data; report on donor contributions.
Collaborate with POC to support community initiatives and events.
