German Swiss International School (GSIS) in Hong Kong seeks a Community Relations and Development Assistant Manager/Manager to cultivate donor relationships, raise the school's profile, and lead fundraising initiatives. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as communications, public relations, marketing, non-profit management, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5–8 years solid experience in community relations, development/sales, fundraising, with a proven record of success.
• Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent command of English with exceptional writing skills; knowledge of German, Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships and explore collaboration opportunities with GSIS's stakeholders including the community, donors, consulates, chambers of commerce, and cultural, social organisations.
• Represent the school at events to support enrolment, partnerships, and fundraising.
• Conduct outreach to the business community to promote corporate philanthropy.
• Develop a strategic framework to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward individual donors.
• Maintain and grow the alumni network and database, organise reunions and ensure effective communication.
• Review and enhance the alumni and donor sections on the official website.
