Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking an Alumni Relations Officer to support the school's Advancement team and engage a growing, global alumni community through multiple channels and events.

You will manage the alumni database, develop engagement strategies, analyse digital content data, and help run the annual alumni fundraising day, requiring a university degree, at least two years’ relevant experience, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in alumni or public relations, communications, media, event planning, education, or other relevant fields.
• Familiarity with international or independent schools is an advantage.
• The ideal candidate will be tech‑savvy, enjoy working with people, and be able to think creatively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and fluency in English, including strong written skills, are required.
• Chinese language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Effective communications through a variety of online and offline channels.
• Help develop strategies to maximise alumni engagement; manage existing alumni platforms, and work on projects to grow our digital presence
• Analyse digital content data; promote and develop career development resources
• Manage the alumni database and plan events ranging in size from a dozen people to several hundred
• Help administer and drive the success of the annual alumni fundraising day
