Qualifications

• 15+ years of air freight and logistics experience.
• Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business.
• Demonstrated success in capacity strategy, BSA procurement, pricing desk oversight, and RFQ/tender design.
• Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is essential.
• Proficient with enterprise logistics software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and run global air procurement strategies to drive market share expansion and profitability.
• Lead global procurement teams and partner with cross-regional leaders to align objectives.
• Negotiate high-value BSAs and volume-incentive programs with airlines.
• Drive RFQ and tender designs for key accounts to support commercialisation of air freight products.
• Direct global pricing policies and capacity commitments.
• Champion air freight transformation initiatives and digital logistics platforms.
• Improve gateway consolidation networks and hub footprints for capacity economics.
• Collaborate with Vertical Product Heads to tailor procurement strategies.
• Standardise global air freight services and vendor management frameworks.
• Represent the division in executive strategy forums and advise senior leadership.

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business (MBA preferred).

• Highly analytical, resilient, and adaptable professional with strong matrix leadership capabilities to influence global stakeholders.




• Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is essential.
