Job summary

Nanyang Commercial Bank, Limited is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to assist customers at our branch self-service facilities. You will guide customers through ATMs, cheque deposits, and digital platforms such as e-banking app and WeChat, promoting digital services and a smooth branch experience.

The role requires a pleasant, customer-focused attitude and the ability to communicate in English, Chinese, and Putonghua.

Ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our customers while promoting the use of digital services;

Provide information about the bank’s products and services;

Assist with crowd and traffic management to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of customers.
