Job description

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and escort them, including platform, and answer enquiries to promote customer experience excellence and enhance competitiveness by strengthening business sales productivity;
• Assist in managing the bank hall environment, divert customers in queue and counters, and promote automated banking to deliver high standards of professional services and improve overall customer wait times;
• Define customers’ needs and refer to frontline sales and service staff to facilitate customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above;
• At least 1 year of solid working experience in customer service/management, good in Chinese, English and Putonghua;
• Customer‑oriented, proactive with excellent interpersonal skills to enhance customer relationships;
• Able to analyze and tackle problems independently with good crisis‑management ability;
• Process cooperative spirit and team morale with colleagues;
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for a contract position;
• Willing to perform shift duties and work no more than 17 hours per week.
