Job summary

Shangri-La Group, headquartered in Hong Kong, is seeking a Front Office Officer for its Hong Kong properties. The role focuses on delivering personalized guest experiences and efficient front desk operations in a luxury hotel environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Higher Diploma in Hospitality, has at least 1 year in Rooms, and possesses excellent English, Cantonese, and Putonghua communication skills. Candidates should be guest-oriented, with strong interpersonal and organizational abilities

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines.
• At least 1 year of experience in Rooms Departments in sizable Hotels.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Customer-oriented, outgoing, and self-motivated personality.
• Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all guest interactions are handled with professionalism and warmth.
• Efficiently manage check-ins and check-outs, and cashiering functions.
• Build lasting relationships with guests to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
