JEN Hong Kong by Shangri-La in Hong Kong SAR is seeking a Front Office Officer to manage guest room operations and deliver a personalized experience aligned with Shangri-La’s service standards.

You will handle check-ins/check-outs, cashiering, and build lasting relationships with guests to enhance satisfaction and loyalty, leveraging your hospitality training and communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.

Competenze

• Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines.
• At least 1 year of experience in Rooms Departments in sizable hotels.
• Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.

Mansioni

• Ensure all guest interactions are handled with professionalism and warmth.
• Efficiently manage check-ins and check-outs, and cashiering functions.
