Job summary

Butterfly Hospitality (HK) Limited is seeking a friendly Guest Services Officer to greet guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and provide courteous service. You will engage guests and anticipate needs to ensure a smooth arrival experience.

You'll coordinate with other departments to maintain seamless operations and create memorable guest experiences. Fresh graduates are welcome, with strong English and Chinese communication skills.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome; prior hotel/service experience preferred.
• Passionate about connecting with people.
• Pleasant, customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good English and Chinese communication skills.
• Experience in guest services/front office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and handle check-ins and check-outs courteously and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional service and engage guests in conversation.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain smooth operations.
• Perform ad hoc duties as required.
