Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist with visitor registration, conference room reservations, switchboard calls and emails handling.
• Manage traffic flow to ensure a smooth customer experience in the reception area.
• Liaise with departments and vendors to set up meetings and events.
• Provide support to the Operations/Guest Services Manager on ad-hoc projects.
