Job summary

Ulix Supply Chain Limited is seeking a Sales Development Specialist fluent in French and English to drive daily prospecting across European markets. You will reach out via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and industry platforms, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team, while maintaining a robust CRM pipeline (Salesforce, HubSpot).

You'll coordinate with shipping companies, airlines, trucking partners and customs brokers to support pricing, transport schedules, and service options,

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in business, international trade, or logistics.
• Experience in sales development, customer service, or logistics support.
• Knowledge of freight forwarding, shipping, or transport logistics is a strong plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Prospect daily to identify new clients across European markets.
• Reach out via calls, emails, LinkedIn and industry platforms.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings/demos with the sales team.
• Maintain and grow a CRM pipeline (Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Follow up on leads, quotations and proposals.
• Provide pricing, transport schedules and service option support.
• Prepare client-facing materials (offers, presentations, contracts).
• Track sales activity and performance metrics; prepare reports.
• Act as first contact for European clients on day-to-day inquiries.
• Coordinate with shipping companies, airlines, trucking partners and customs brokers.
• Provide shipment updates and resolve service issues; manage escalations.
• Assist onboarding of new clients and handover to operations.
