Job summary

DYXnet Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Sales Manager - Wholesales Carrier, International Business to identify, prospect, and acquire new commercial accounts in Hong Kong and Mainland China, driving cross-border logistics sales and strategic growth.

You will develop plans, leverage networks, and collaborate with overseas offices to report market intelligence and lead large-scale projects, while traveling regularly between HK and Mainland China.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience in cross-border logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, E‑Commerce, Logistics/Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• Strong familiarity with Mainland China’s business environment, negotiation etiquette, and market practices.
• Good command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Ability to travel regularly between Hong Kong and Mainland China.
• Proven capability to operate independently, manage complex projects, and lead initiatives that drive organizational performance.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new commercial accounts in Hong Kong and Mainland China to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to capitalize on emerging cross-border e-commerce trends and penetrate targeted market segments.
• Leverage existing industry networks to develop new clients and lead large-scale project implementations.
• Build long-term, high-trust client partnerships tailored to supply chain needs.
• Collaborate with overseas offices on regional initiatives, track competitor trends, and provide market intelligence reports to executive leadership.
