Job summary

APEIRON – An Innovative Start-up in Smart Security Systems in Hong Kong seeks a Founding Sales Representative to establish the brand across HK and lay foundations for global distribution. You will build a multi-channel sales strategy from the ground up.

The role requires a proven sales track record (3–5 years), fluency in English and Cantonese, and a hunter mentality. You will work closely with the founder, pursue B2B partnerships with installers and distributors, and help shape the sales

Qualifications

Proven track record in B2B sales with 3–5 years of experience.
Experience partnering with installers, security integrators, or distributors is preferred.
Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Ability to build and manage a multi-channel sales plan from scratch.

Responsibilities

Multi-Channel Sales Execution: identify, pitch, and onboard system installer companies and security integrators.
Distribution Development: build relationships with electronics distributors and retailers in Hong Kong.
Sales Strategy & Operations: develop pitches, map the competitive landscape, define processes and CRM usage.
