Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking a motivated sales professional to develop business with partners such as financial institutions, POS companies and system integrators to achieve defined targets.

You will identify new leads, maintain relationships with existing customers, and align activities with the company’s sales strategy while staying current on industry trends. Strong communication, Cantonese and English skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in business management or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, commerce, or a related field.
• Experience in e-commerce, fintech or banking / payment industry preferred.
• Preferably have an existing network of banking and merchant clients.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Outgoing, self-motivated, and sales-driven.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Develop business with partners (e.g., financial institutions, POS companies, system integrators) to hit sales targets.
• Identify new sales leads by reaching out to potential partners/customers and pitching products/services.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Align with the company's sales targets and strategy to drive performance and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge to demonstrate professionalism.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
