Responsibilities

• Have good knowledge of menu and presentation standards.
• Answer questions about the menu and assist with selections.
• Set tables according to event type and service standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen on menu questions, wait times, and availability.
• Check guest satisfaction after each course and beverage.
• Clear and return used items to the assigned area.
• Review orders for accuracy and timely preparation.
• Maintain restaurant standards and SOPs.
• Conduct monthly inventory checks of equipment and supplies.
• Coaching and developing junior staff.
