Job summary

Jia Group Holdings Limited is seeking a passionate Server for our casual Italian dining team in Hong Kong. You will deliver warm, professional service from seating to departure and maintain high standards of hospitality.

Knowledge of the menu, strong communication with kitchen/bar, and a team-first attitude are essential. Cantonese and English fluency are required; Mandarin is a plus. We offer medical and dental coverage, staff meals, training, and two days off per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in fine-dining is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, friendly and professional service from arrival to departure
• Assist guests while seating, present menus and take accurate orders
• Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure presentation meets standards
• Maintain strong knowledge of the menu and daily specials; answer questions and make recommendations
• Communicate with kitchen and bar about orders, requests and availability
• Check guest satisfaction and handle inquiries, escalating issues when needed
• Set up and clear tables; maintain dining area cleanliness and hygiene
