Job summary

Qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in Western restaurants.
- Presentable and customer-service oriented with good communications.
- Willing to learn and adapt to a fast-paced luxury setting.
- Self-organized and detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility.
- Good command of spoken English and Chinese.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Captain.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations of the restaurant.
- Provide attentive and superior service to the guests.
- Maintain the hygiene standards and tidiness of the restaurant, tableware and silverware.
