Noi by Paulo Airaudo in Central, Hong Kong is seeking a passionate Captain to join our Michelin-starred team. You will work with the service team to ensure smooth operations, greet guests, and uphold impeccable standards across dining rooms. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in fine dining, strong F&B knowledge, and excellent communication.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service in upscale environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English; Cantonese preferred, additional languages a plus.
• WSET knowledge is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Work alongside the service team to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience.
• Maintain restaurant ambiance, standards and cleanliness at all times.
• Assist in training and mentoring new staff.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.
• Monitor and manage inventory and supplies for the dining area.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Supervise front desk staff and oversee reception area.
• Address VIP guests and turn special requests into positive experiences.
• Maximise seating plan and manage bookings.
