Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest engagement skills.
• Fluent English; French or additional languages an advantage.
• Wine knowledge or formal wine training will be an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Deliver excellent food and beverage services to Members and their guests in the west premium restaurant (Derby).
• Be responsible for smooth and efficient service flow of the assigned section in the Restaurant.
• Lead the set-up and decoration work of the Restaurant.
• Train new staff members in accordance with established guidelines.
• Maintain the service standard at top quality and achieve high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain high level of hygiene and quality standards in the restaurant.
• Provide premium catering services for events and banquets as required.
