Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting, AP/AR, fixed assets.
• Prepare and post vendor invoices, customer payments.
• Reconcile AP/AR ledger accounts and financial statements.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Assist Finance Manager with school and PTSA accounts.
