Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience for the Assistant Manager role; 5+ years for Manager.
• HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent qualification preferred; required for Manager.
• Strong leadership potential and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily accounting operations and reconcile necessary transactions.
• Maintain proper accounting records and procedures.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Oversee financial reporting, including month-end closing, statements, budgets, and aging reports.
• Monitor college budget and financial controls; provide process improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with Finance Office and user departments to optimize workflows.
