Job summary

Qualifications

• Possess a recognised diploma or above, preferably in accounting, with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Preferably possess knowledge of Oracle Financials system.
• Have good organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Be mature and attentive to detail, able to work efficiently under pressure and tight timeline, with a strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operation of accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare accounting journals and housekeeping of documents.
• Assist in month end closing, prepare schedules and breakdowns.
• Perform banking-related duties, including deposits, telegraphic transfers, reconciliations and updates to master file.
• Assist in fixed assets management and control, including labeling and stocktaking.
• Assist in year-end and statutory audits.
• Assist in maintenance and enhancement of financial accounting system.
