Job summary

The Independent Schools Foundation Academy Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Assistant Finance Manager/Finance Manager to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and audits, reporting to the Finance Manager and Senior Finance Manager.

You will handle full sets of accounts, month-end close, variance analysis, internal controls, SAP system, and liaise with procurement and treasury functions; candidates with 8+ years in accounting and professional qualification are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or business-related discipline.
• A full member of an internationally recognized accounting body.
• At least 8 years of relevant accounting experience; education sector experience is a plus.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft applications; SAP knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in financial reporting, budgeting, and audit coordination.
• Handle full sets of accounting and month-end closing procedures.
• Ensure timely financial reports and strong internal controls.
• Coordinate annual budgeting and forecasts for assigned entities.
• Support treasury and procurement processes; supervise junior staff.
• Maintain data integrity and SAP system controls.
