Job summary

CSL Hong Kong's Finance team is seeking an Assistant Financial Accountant to help manage AR, AP and expense processing for APAC entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will support month-end close, journal preparation, reconciliations and financial reporting, and assist with forecasting and budgeting. Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) is required; SAP experience is a plus. Based in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field or equivalent
• 2–3 years accounting/finance experience
• Experience in general ledger and month-end is a plus
• English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) proficiency
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP experience advantageous

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable and expense processing
• Support month-end close, journal prep, reconciliations and reporting
• Coordinate tax compliance, statutory reporting and audits
• Process inter-company transactions, accruals and fixed assets
• Support treasury activities including payments and bank reconciliations
• Assist forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis
• Maintain strong internal controls and policy compliance
• Support finance projects and ad hoc accounting activities
