Chanel Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Workplace Ambassador to join our Workplace Experience team. You will oversee day-to-day floor operations, support employee well-being, and partner with People Experience to drive wellness initiatives and safety programs.

Responsibilities include coordinating office services, managing meeting room setup, liaising with Building Management, and assisting in CSR activities.

Qualifikationen

• Multiple years working experience with proven track record in workplace operations or facilities management with understanding of latest market trends.
• Good organizing skills and able to work multi-tasking.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to details.
• A strong team player with excellent interpersonal, communication & networking skills and be able to build a good relationship & partnership with stakeholders.
• Be open minded and think out of the box in looking for new ways of doing things.
• Fluent spoken English and Cantonese.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate day-to-day workplace operations and office services.
• Maintain office safety and respond to emergencies.
• Support wellness initiatives and CSR activities.
• Liaise with Building Management and Facilities teams.
• On-board new staff and assist with security access and name cards.
• Deliver hospitality and housekeeping services to employees and visitors.
