Chanel is seeking a Workplace Ambassador to join the Workplace Experience team in Hong Kong. You will support daily floor operations, enhance employee well-being and safety, and partner with People Experience on wellness initiatives. You will coordinate safety trainings, manage office hospitality, and ensure smooth office communications with Building Management.

Qualifications

• Multiple years of experience in workplace operations or facilities management.
• Ability to stay organized and multitask in a busy office environment.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills with stakeholders.
• Team player with ability to build partnerships across teams.
• Fluent spoken English and Cantonese.

Responsabilités

• Provide overall workplace support and daily floor operations.
• Coordinate safety trainings and fire drills with service providers.
• Act as main point of contact for office emergencies.
• Oversee office administrative activities including hospitality, housekeeping, and seating arrangements.
• Maintain office conditions, cleanliness, and compliance with policies.
• Manage workplace data/dashboard and office supply spending.
