Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Workplace Ambassador to join the Workplace Experience team in Hong Kong. You will support day-to-day operations on the floor, ensuring a safe and comfortable work environment for employees while partnering with People Experience on wellness initiatives and safety programs.

You will coordinate hospitality and housekeeping services, maintain office conditions, manage supplies, and act as the main point of contact for building management.

Qualifications

• Minimum several years of experience in workplace operations or facilities management.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and networking abilities with stakeholders.
• Open-minded and able to think creatively to improve processes.
• Fluent English and Cantonese spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day workplace operations support including hospitality and housekeeping services.
• Maintain office condition and cleanliness; supervise housekeeping teams and manage inventory.
• Coordinate with Building Management and Facilities team for repairs and maintenance; ensure timely communication with employees.
• Own and maintain workplace data dashboards and update information regularly.
• Process purchase orders and monitor office supply expenses for budgeting and cost control.
• Support People Experience in onboarding new staff and logistics for office tours and access cards.
