Job summary

Chanel is seeking a Workplace Ambassador to join the Workplace Experience team in Hong Kong. You will support day-to-day operations on the floor, partner with People Experience on wellness initiatives, and help ensure a safe and welcoming environment for employees.

The role emphasizes office hospitality, coordination with facilities, and ongoing collaboration to improve the workplace experience for Chanel staff and visitors.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver office administrative services and hospitality to employees and visitors.
• Coordinate housekeeping, Meeting Room setup, and inventory of supplies.
• Maintain office cleanliness and ensure adherence to standards.
• Communicate with Building Management and Facilities teams.
• Issue Purchase Orders and monitor office expenses.
• Support new staff onboarding logistics.
• Execute ad-hoc workplace duties.
• Collaborate with People Experience on employee wellness initiatives.
