Job summary

The ISF Academy is seeking an experienced Facilities Management professional to operate and manage the technical facilities. You will support users on FM requests, maintain SAP records, and assist in the operation and maintenance of FS, MEP services and related items.

The role requires a Higher Diploma in a related field, at least 5 years in technical property management with 2 years in supervision, and electrical worker registrations.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Surveying, Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in technical property management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in NGO or education sector is an advantage.
• Holder of Electrical Worker Registration Grade A or above and Green Card.
• Grade B registration is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage the technical facilities and services.
• Provide support and solutions to users on FM work requests.
• Maintain records under SAP and internal systems.
• Assist Technical Manager in operation and maintenance of FS, MEP services and other items.
• Monitor performance of RM and service contractors.
• Prepare service contracts and related docs.
• Assist in pre-management of new buildings and defects handling.
• Prepare works orders and site instructions to contractors.
• Review payment bills and as-fitted drawings submitted by contractors.
• Perform general clerical and administrative duties.
• Attend urgent breakdowns and incidents; provide effective solutions, sometimes outside office hours.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the Technical Manager/Facilities Manager/Head of Project and Facilities Management.
