Job summary

The ISF Academy is seeking a diligent Technical Officer to oversee operation and management of its technical facilities and related systems. You will provide frontline support to users on facilities management work requests, maintain records in SAP and internal systems, and assist in the supervision of FS and MEP services.

You will work under the Technical Manager to support building projects, monitor contractors, prepare service contracts, and handle admin duties, with occasional after-hours

Qualifications

• Strong written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua/Mandarin.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight schedules and rapidly changing conditions.
• Experience in building services or property management environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage the technical facilities and related services.
• Provide support to users on FM work requests.
• Maintain all records under SAP and internal systems.
• Assist in operation and maintenance of FS, MEP services and other items.
• Monitor performance of RM and other service contractors.
• Prepare service contracts.
• Assist in pre-management of new buildings including defect handling.
• Prepare works orders and site instructions to contractors.
• Check payment bills, as-fitted drawings and O&M manuals submitted by contractors.
• Perform general clerical and administrative duties.
• Attend urgent breakdowns and incidents, sometimes after hours; provide effective solutions.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by Technical Manager / Facilities Manager/ Head of Project and Facilities Management.
