Job summary

ISS Hong Kong Services Limited is seeking a Senior professional to supervise and report on all technical services for the site, ensuring compliance and achievement of KPIs. The role requires directing a technical team and coordinating with authorities to deliver timely, high-quality services.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services engineering with at least 6 years in technical services and 3 years in a supervisory role within facilities management.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or related disciplines.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in technical services, with minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in facilities management operation.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities in a diverse, multi-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and report all technical services for the site.
• Manage technical team to ensure services are delivered in compliance and achieve the KPF targets.
• Provide support in monitoring and liaising with the relevant authorities to deliver timely service and adhere to quality and performance standards.
• Ensure the built environment and technical systems are in good condition and performing at their highest standard.
• Prepare all kinds of technical reports, tender documents and facilities improvement proposal.
• Supervise improvement, A&A works and renovation projects when required.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
