Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Hong Kong seeks a Facility Engineer (or Assistant) to oversee critical infrastructure and ensure seamless operations at cutting-edge facilities. You will manage preventive and corrective maintenance for MEP systems, supervise contractors, and drive energy-saving initiatives.

The role requires a Diploma or higher in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering and at least 3 years of FM experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 3+ years' FM experience (experience in fire services, MVAC & electrical systems is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of building facilities management
• Proactive and fluent in English and Cantonese

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive/corrective maintenance for MEP systems (Fire Services, MVAC & HVAC, etc.)
• Supervise contractors, ensuring compliance with safety and client's sustainability standards
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement efficient solutions
• Support facility upgrades and energy-saving initiatives
• Maintain documentation and reports for clients
