Job summary

HR Plus is recruiting for an Assistant/ Facility Manager to look after FM operations, customer relationships, and related duties for a global financial services client based in Hong Kong.

The role involves site inspections, subcontractor management, contract scheduling, contractor inductions, supplier relations, and ongoing process improvements, including office migrations and finance tasks. English fluency is required and MS Office tools will be used daily.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' relevant experience in facility management and office administration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure facilities are well-functioning and tidy.
• Assist with the management of subcontractors.
• Schedule and supervise service contracts to ensure completion.
• Coordinate paperwork and inductions for contractors.
• Maintain positive working relationships with suppliers.
• Participate in continuous improvement programs and best practice development.
• Actively participate in office migration and project churn.
• Finance, PO and invoice processing.
