Job summary

CBRE Limited is seeking an Operations Lead to act as the primary client contact for facilities management services for a small to medium-sized property in Hong Kong. This role sits within the Facilities Management function, supporting Property Managers across repairs and investment plans.

You will supervise staff, coordinate daily activities, manage budgets, and lead negotiations with service providers while aligning with CBRE RISE values. A degree and extensive FM experience are favored.

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, measuring, appraising and rewarding performance.
• Ability to convey sensitive information and set performance expectations.
• Leadership to drive targets across multiple departments.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage daily team activities, set schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Review client strategic plans for staffing levels to meet expectations.
• Manage capital project and operating budget reports for a property.
• Create action plans to improve financial positions and negotiate contracts.
• Meet with client management to discuss discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and drive departmental performance.
• Model CBRE RISE values and persuade stakeholders to actions aligned with business plans.
