Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee daily site operations, coordinate maintenance, and ensure adherence to KPI/SLA targets for critical environments.

You will manage subcontractors, perform EHS and cleaning audits, track spare parts inventory, and support the data center team with asset management and CAPEX planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management, building operations, or data center maintenance.
• Proven track record of managing subcontractors and holding them to strict SLAs and KPIs.
• Hands-on experience with EHS, safety, and cleaning audits in regulated environments.
• Experience managing spare parts and general facility inventory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections.
• Schedule and issue work orders for maintenance to technicians, facilities officers and subcontractors.
• Initiate and update changes to the asset management system.
• Check on-site maintenance carried out by subcontractors to ensure quality and compliance with KPI and SLA.
• Conduct records and analysis for building services under routine maintenance to ensure standards are met.
• Monitor work progress and records to ensure KPI/SLA compliance from the maintenance aspect.
• Assist Data Center Manager to carry out condition surveys and plan CAPEX works.
• Manage cleaning audits and EHS audits.
• Oversee furniture inventory and spare part inventory.
• Support and communicate with the central admin team.

What this job involves:

• Conduct daily site inspection
• Schedule and issue work order (WO) for maintenance to technicians, facilities officers and subcontractors
• Initiate & update changes to the asset management system
• Check on site maintenance carried out by subcontractors to ensure work quality and method for complying industrial requirement, KPI and SLA
• Conduct record & analysis for the building services under routine maintenance by the subcontractors to ensure attainment of the standard & requirement
• Check the work progress & record to ensure compliance of KPI and SLA from the maintenance aspect
• Assist Data Center Manager to carryout conditions surveys on properties and plan & monitor CAPEX works
• Manage cleaning audit and EHS audit
• Manage furniture inventory and spare part inventory
• Support and communicate with central admin team

Required Skills and Experiences:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management, building operations, or critical environment maintenance, preferably with a Data Centre or mission-critical facility
• Proven track record of managing subcontractors and holding them accountable to strict SLAs and KPIs
• Hand-on experience conducting and managing EHS, safety, and cleaning audits in a regulated or industrial environment
• Demonstrated experience managing spare parts, critical spares, and general facility inventory
