  • Ensure full compliance with location regulations, health & safety standards, and international school accreditation requirements.
  • Manage facility-related budgets, vendor contracts and service-level agreements.
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations (e.g. power outages, water leaks, security incidents).

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, or a related field (or requivalent practical experience)
  • Minimum of 5 years of facilities management experience, preferably in educational, institutional or complex multi-building environments
  • Strong technical expertise in building systems - demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and manage mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) infrastructure
  • Proven experience managing maintenance teams and third-party vendors
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken), additional languages are a plus
