Job summary

Leadingnation seeks an Experienced Facility Manager to oversee maintenance, operation, and improvement of all facility systems at our manufacturing and office sites. You will lead a team of professionals to ensure safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance, while aligning facilities strategy with company goals.

You will manage HVAC, electrical systems, budgeting, vendor relationships, and sustainability initiatives, with occasional travel to China (Shenzhen and Jiangmen).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical systems, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily operation and management of plant facilities and equipment.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate all facility-related operations ensuring optimal use of the infrastructure.
• Formulate and implement long & medium-term strategies for maintenance, repair, and improvement of facility components.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
• Collaborate with senior management to align facilities management strategies with organizational goals.
• Lead a team of facilities staff and technicians, optimizing workforce effectiveness and providing leadership and training as necessary.
• Prepare and manage the facilities budget, monitoring expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring best value and quality service.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and audits to ensure standards are met and maintained.
• Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime due to facility maintenance or upgrades.
• Implement sustainability initiatives to improve energy efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure effective response and resolution to emergency situations impacting facilities operations.
• Provide renovation project management and design drawings review for regulatory compliance.
• Occasionally travel to our manufacturers in China (Shenzhen and Jiangmen).

• Prepare and manage the facilities budget, monitoring expenditures, and identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
