Job summary

Lee & Man Company Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Facilities Manager to support overseas hotel operations, maintenance, and compliance across facilities. You will lead incident response, coordinate subcontractors, and promote safety, efficiency, and adherence to government standards.

The role requires a degree in electrical/mechanical/building services or FM, at least five years in property/facilities management, and knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, fire safety and BMS.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above in Electrical or Mechanical or Building Services Engineering or Facilities Management
• Five years' relevant experience in property management/facilities management or related industries
• Holder of valid Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker at Grade A is preferable
• Good knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, fire safety, and BMS in commercial facilities
• Familiarity with contract management and compliance standards
• Good communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills
• Based in China. With experience working in China is preferred.

• Facilitate the duty operation and maintenance team liaison for user requests and service issues
• Lead incident response and reporting

• Manage government, subcontractor, and internal team communications
• Support tender evaluations and procurement
• Track maintenance performance against contractual obligations and report deviations
