Artelia, a leading European construction engineering group, is seeking a Facilities Manager (FM Lead) to oversee field operations through service providers and subcontractors across the assigned territory. The role ensures implementation of the maintenance and facilities management plan, manages CAPEX and OPEX budgets, and delivers KPI targets.

Regular travel within the territory is required to supervise sites, coordinate maintenance scheduling, and provide technical guidance to field teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture, preferably in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facilities management or related field.
• Experience managing contractors and service providers.
• Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Familiarity with HSSE requirements and permit-to-work systems.
• Strong planning and coordination skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee facilities and maintenance management across assigned territory.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor maintenance activities.
• Manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets and monitor KPIs.
• Lead project delivery from initiation to close-out.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
• Ensure safety compliance and quality standards.
