Job summary

Artelia is seeking a Property Service Coordinator to act as the primary interface between Shell Care, the Call Centre, Retailers, FM leads, and service providers, managing end-to-end work orders within the CMMS to ensure timely delivery and KPI achievement.

The role requires coordinating with Level 3 providers, maintaining accurate CMMS records, and supporting field activities across multiple sites while upholding high standards of service quality.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in property coordination, facilities management, or related areas.
• Experience with CMMS platforms and work order management systems.
• Experience coordinating contractors and service providers.
• Strong customer focus, communication, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of work orders (preventive, corrective, reactive, and emergency maintenance) within the CMMS.
• Raise, assign, monitor, update, and close work orders in line with procedures and SLAs.
• Track progress and ensure timely completion to meet KPIs.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and service delivery across multiple sites; liaise with providers.
