Job summary

ARTELIA is seeking a Project & Commercial Manager in Hong Kong to lead the planning, execution, and close-out of multiple projects. You will coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Facilities teams and oversee field execution, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.

The role emphasizes commercial management, including budget control, cost reporting, procurement, and contract administration across multi-site projects. Regular travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Project Management.
• Professional certifications in Project Management, Procurement, Contract Management, or Commercial Management are advantageous.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in project management, commercial management, procurement, finance or contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects from initiation through to completion and close-out.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures.
• Oversee field activities performed by Service Providers and subcontractors.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, forecasts, and commercial performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with governance, HSSE and contractual requirements.
