SKG Health Technologies Co.,Ltd. is seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to drive annual, quarterly, and monthly plans for its retail network in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in retail, with at least 3 years in a retail operations manager or area manager role.
• Proven track record of selling high-ticket, experiential products (e.g., massage chairs, premium appliances, luxury goods, high-end automobiles, smart-home devices).
• Expert in all facets of offline retail operations; highly data-sensitive with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese for seamless verbal communication with headquarters.
• Singapore citizens or permanent residents (PR) are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the company’s annual, quarterly, and monthly retail sales plans to ensure sales targets are met.
• In-depth analysis of sales data, market trends, and competitor dynamics; promptly adjust operational strategies and identify new growth drivers.
• Establish and oversee the implementation of unified store operating standards, processes, and management systems (including but not limited to store display, sales procedures, after-sales service, and inventory management).
• Enhance store managers and staff capabilities in product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service.
• Build and implement an effective compensation & incentive system to unlock team potential and foster a healthy competitive atmosphere.
