Job summary

YATA Limited is seeking an experienced store operations leader in Hong Kong to oversee day-to-day retail activities, drive sales, and ensure quality in product handling and customer service. You will supervise staff, manage inventory and loss prevention, and coordinate promotions and store layouts to uphold the brand image.

The role requires strong leadership, bilingual communication, and hands-on proficiency with MS Office, with shift duties and a drive to meet performance targets.

Qualifications

• Secondary education or above.
• Minimum 4 years of retail experience in FMCG, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Self-motivated with strong leadership and people management skills.
• Effective problem solving and good communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; fluent in Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and monitor store performance to maximize sales turnover and productivity.
• Control store P&L, damage & loss, product quality and inventory management.
• Responsible for staff management and development and promoters’ management.
• Manage the operations standards of consignment and concession counters.
• Ensure the implementation and execution of sales and promotional activities at store level, and vendor negotiations, store layout, and product display.
